Called and spoke with Karl last night. Not a big job but my front door lock was malfunctioning and the door wouldn’t lock. He told me to text him the info after we hung up and said he would come tonight when I was home from work. I received a text that he was on his way and he came, as promised. Took the lock apart, saw that it was broken and replaced it. He’s a great guy with personality and a sense of humor. Who comes all the way to the boonies for a small job like that? Not many! He has a lot of experience and runs a quality company. I would highly recommend him.
