I just had Karl Tumaitis (Handyman Plus Construction) out to fix my bannister - great job - Karl and his partner Mike also fixed my closet door at no exrtra charge - great service, they cleaned up after themselves regarding the work performed (needed to drill some holes and do some patch work regarding the bannister). I highly recommend them - the price was fair and the work was well done.

Called and spoke with Karl last night. Not a big job but my front door lock was malfunctioning and the door wouldn't lock. He told me to text him the info after we hung up and said he would come tonight when I was home from work. I received a text that he was on his way and he came, as promised. Took the lock apart, saw that it was broken and replaced it. He's a great guy with personality and a sense of humor. Who comes all the way to the boonies for a small job like that? Not many! He has a lot of experience and runs a quality company. I would highly recommend him.

Karl did a fantastic job with lighting work in our home - highly recommended. He took down some old chandeliers and installed can lights in a few different rooms in our house (some of which had 20ft ceilings). Some of this involved a big drywall cutout of ceiling, putting in new drywall and painting, etc. They did great work - the lights look beautiful, and the drywall patching and painting looks seamless - can't tell they were there at all.

My front door fell apart in a very stormy week. Karl was able to come fix it right away, as well as a few other things around the house. He was prompt an efficient. I really recommend his business
